本文尝试剖析Loft文化的发展、特点及其影响层面,并希望在良性城市更新与合理改造衰败工业区的问题上,为Loft空间的合理改造利用找到一定的规律。主要探讨分析Loft文化在旧厂区改造再利用中的应用,分析旧工业建筑转型成为文化艺术空间的原因。通过阐述Loft文化的产生过程解析Loft文化介入旧工业建筑改造中的作用和影响,进而分析Loft文化影响下的旧厂房改造设计的相关因素。

This article is trying to define and analyze the development,peculiarity and the infections of loft culture.Then it is expected to offer some useful meaning for the correlative design of the old industry building’s renewal.The dissertation analyses the use of loft culture in old industry buildings,and analyses the inducement reconstruction and recycle of the changing old industry buildings for cultural function spaces. Through explaining the emerge of loft culture,the effect of loft culture in reconstruction and recycle of old industry buildings.
