摘要
教学改革必须充分体现专业教育特色,从社会实际需要出发,强调课内专业技能实践训练的规范性、准确性,建立职业概念,教师以范例案范讲解、示范、辅导、单个点评与集体点评为互动教学方式,为巩固课内专业技能实践训练的教学,加强课外专业技能实践训练的力度,布置超强度的课外训练作业。根据社会的实际需求和自身条件,大胆进行人才培养模式改革,努力培养出受社会欢迎、有特色、高质量的人才,创出学校的声誉和特色。
