Design management is playing an increasingly important role for the design.Arounded design innovation this article discusses that in the process of design innovation a manager of design will do many kinds of work,such as developing design strategy,pre-surveying,establishing an innovative working environment,managing other designers.This shows that design management achieve an irreplaceable role to the achievement of innovative design.
