在现代主义主张"形式服从功能"的今天,建筑作为人们生活的发生器,它与我们的生活、经济、区域文化等方面息息相关,建筑的功能决定了其形式,而建筑形式往往反映并影响人们的生活,建筑形式与建筑功能是一个统一的整体。由此看来,建筑之美不单单是具象的形式"美"而已,功能"美"、意义"美"、文化"美"更赋予其内涵。
Today,'The form follows function' is the modernist idea.Actualy,the building as a generator of people's lives is related to our lives,economy and culture.So,the architectural's function is determined on its form which reflects people's life,and impacts on people's lives.So,the architectural's function and its forms are a unified whole.In view of this,the architectural not only as a Beautiful form,but has the value also.
