This paper combine the author's professional and the growth process on design,analyze which kind of design is really need by people and the philosophy of designers in the new era.Designers should start from the environment and human needs,attention on the problem of environmental protection,concern about users of product—people themselves,concern about the performance of self-personality style,attention on the development of national culture with local characteristics…Love life,enjoy life,experience life to give vitality and passion to the design,is the designer's responsibilities and pleasure.
