摘要
作为兜售并体现建筑这一特殊商品形象的地方,售楼中心的内部空间设计自然很重要。尽管售楼中心设计在创意思维、设计理念上达到引人注目的效果,但在人性化传播内容上却显得苍白无力。本文意在强调售楼室内设计中不仅体现其个性化的一面,同时还应明确表达出售楼中心作为地产产品的人性美和商业价值特征,实现商业与艺术的完美演绎。
A real-estate sales center is a place where people sale certain architecture.It also embodies the architecture—special merchandise.Therefore the internal space design of the sales center is very important. As a matter of fact,the design often fails in spreading the spirit of Humanity although it successfully catches people's eyes in innovation and philosophy for design.The author claims in this paper that designers should not only pay attention to the individuation when they do the design work,but also to the beauty of human nature and its commercial value in order to realize a perfect combination of commerce and art.
