The Exposition of Modern Design Education Model Based on the Culture

文化可界定为狭义与广义文化,广义的文化是人类创造出来的所有物质和精神财富的总和,这其中便囊括了设计的造物活动。设计与文化存在互动关系诉求以"文化观"的视角来审视现代设计教育。传统文化与现代文化、未来文化是三种不同形态的文化。传统文化应纳入设计教育体系,成为课程体系必需基础与必要环节;现代与未来文化应成为设计教育核心内容与关注对象。构建基于"文化观"的设计教育模式目标在于寻找一条适合中国特色的设计道路。

Culture may be defined as the narrow and broad culture,the broad culture is the sum of all the material and spiritual wealth that mankind has created,which includes creation activities of design.Interactive relationship between design and culture demands that the modern design education should be based on the culture.The culture has three forms that are traditional culture,modern culture and future culture.Traditional culture should be incorporated into the design education system,and become the necessary foundation and links;modern and future culture should become the core content that design education concerns.The goal of modern design education model based on the culture is finding a design model that fits Chinese characteristics.
