摘要
当前的烟草包装正面临着三个关口的严峻考验.第一、WTO协议里中国对开放卷烟市场承诺的兑现。第二、《烟草控制框架公约》[1]2008年前在国内的全面实施。第三、当前,为落实科学发展观而展开的环保节约型社会建设的总体发展要求。新一届政府及时提出树立科学发展观,建设环保、节约型社会的构想,这势必会对卷烟包装提出更为严厉的要求。
The current tobacco packaging is facing three severe test.the WTO agreement to open cigarette market in China protocol must reach a commitment.Framework Convention on Tobacco Control(FCTC)must be carried out before 2008 in whole nation.the new government establishs scientific outlook on development,builds eco- friendly society concept to fit and implement the development construction of the whole system,more stringent requirements must be reached.
