另类服饰作为艺术领域的一小分支必定受到社会因素的影响,社会的压力导致人们的批判心理,个人的自由化形成了求异心理,虽然两者寻求另类的目的不尽相同,但作为主导者和倡导者是推动另类服饰发展的重要心理根源。在另类服饰的设计中还会有艺术创造的心理过程,设计师赋予作品以情感,使之盖上其的独特烙印,当然其中不排除异常心理的存在。
