University library building indoor environment color plays an important role to create personalized environment,and a rich artistic conception of space.Article based on the design theory,we propose an effective way for design,which integrated all kinds of basic elements into a complex,full account of the balance of the needs,then design an overall unity that depending on the different needs and cultural expression.It will create elegant,comfortable and visual harmony of the space environment,and meet the material and spiritual needs of the reader.
