汉字作为一种语言文字,传达信息的功能性是首要的,而汉字视觉艺术所蕴涵的象征性与表达情感的抽象意味,则大大增加了汉字作为语言交流载体的信息含量,并形成了汉字独特的功能性与艺术性相结合的双重特性,而这种双重特性中的艺术性也决定了汉字在现代视觉艺术领域中的"形上"趋势。在现代视觉设计艺术中,汉字的文字功能性以及视觉文化的"形上"特征值得再研究。
Hanzi(Chinese character)as a language and writing ,transmits the information the functionality is most important,but Chinese character vision art contains symbolic and expression emotion abstract meaning,then increased the Chinese character to take greatly the language exchange carrier the information content,and has formed the double gradings which the Chinese character unique functionality and the artistry unified,but in this double grading artistry has also decided the Chinese character in the modern vision art domain 'Metaphysical' the tendency.In the modern vision design art,the Chinese character writing functionality as well as the visual culture 'Metaphysical' is worth studying again.
