Tentative Analysis of the Environmental Elements of Urban Sculpture

随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于城市环境的要求也随之提高。城市雕塑往往作为一个城市的标志性建筑,对于促进城市环境的和谐有着不可忽视的作用。作为一种公共艺术,城市雕塑受到广大民众自由参与欣赏和审美。因此,城市雕塑必须与环境和谐统一。忽视了城市雕塑与环境的密切关系,就会破坏城市环境的和谐,甚至会给城市带来一定负面影响。所以,把握好城市雕塑与环境元素的和谐统一,按照艺术规律科学合理地进行城市雕塑设计,是每一位从事环境艺术的研究者所不容小觑的重要课题。

With the increasing improvement of living standards,people's requirements on urban environment are uplifted correspondingly.Urban sculpture,usually as a landmark building of a city,plays a vital role in promoting the harmony of urban environment.As a public art,urban sculpture is being appreciated and tasted by the vast masses who are involved actively and freely.Therefore,urban sculpture must be in a harmonious and unified relationship with the environment.If the close relations between them are ignored,the harmony of urban environment is ruined,even bringing negative impacts to the city.Thus,to get hold of the harmony and unity between urban sculpture and environmental elements and to design urban sculpture scientifically and reasonably on the basis of artistic disciplines is an important task which cannot be underestimated to each researcher engaged in environmental arts.
