校企合作为学校培养符合企业需求的应用型设计人才提供了有利的保证,在这种合作模式下,如何更好的发挥企业自身的实战优势,校企共同参与课程设置与实践规划,使人才培养方案、教学内容和实践环节更加贴近社会发展的需求,促进学生实践能力和整体素质的提高,达到培养应用型设计人才的目的。
University-enterprise cooperation can provide strong guarantee for training the applied designer who can meet the business requirements.In this mode of cooperation,how to play the real advantages of the enterprise in a better way,both the universities and the enterprises could participate in curriculum setting and practice planning,so the personnel training program,teaching content and practical process can meet society development.And these can promote the progress of students' practical abilities and exhaustive qualities,aim for training the applied designer.
