摘要 售楼处景观作为销售楼盘的第一现场,占有很重要的地位,是小区景观的样板区,是浓缩了的精华。随着房产市场的发展,地产竞争也日趋激烈,因此开发商越来越重视对售楼处景观的营造。好的售楼处景观设计能起到宣传展示小区楼盘功能的作用,能给人们带来视觉冲击力及良好的印象,能增强开发商所开发楼盘的竞争力。 Sales of real estate sales office landscape as the first scene,plays an important role,is a model of residential landscape area is concentrated essence.With the real estate market,real estate is becoming increasingly fierce competition,so more and more attention to the sales office developers to create a landscape.Good landscape design can play a promotional sales offices show the function of residential real estate,give rise to visual impact and good impression,developed by real estate developers can enhance competitiveness.
