摘要
基于以人为中心的设计思想,分析了用户需求与产品需求的区别与联系,探讨获取用户需求以及挖掘用户需求的方法与流程,并结合实例详细分析了如何在场景中运用人物角色挖掘潜在的用户需求。在此基础上,评估、筛选所收集的需求文档,进而将用户需求提升为产品需求,最终运用角色和任务权重分析功能的重要程度,形成最初的功能需求列表。
Based on the theories of User Center Design,it discussed how to get the product need and the user need after telling the difference and relation between product need and user need.Particularly,it made a detailed analysis of the method of getting the latent demand using personas and scenarios.On this basis,the user need can transformed into product need after a serial evaluation and selection.Finally,the original product function need list could formed after establishing an order of priority by the weight of the personas and task.
