东北作为中国的老重工业基地,在五六十年代建造起了一批最早的工人居住区,随之而产生的是一批具有特殊历史价值内涵的建筑。时过境迁,这些居住区和建筑已经落后于现代生活,但在拆迁的过程中其意义不应该被忽略,对保留的部分应该进行更加合理和有意义的改造,使其重新焕发出新的魅力。

Northeast China’s old heavy industry base,as in the fifties and sixties from a group of construction work- ers in the first residential area,the attendant is a group of special historical meaning of the building.Time passes,these settlements and the construction has lagged behind in modern life,but in the process of demoli- tion of their significance should not be overlooked,part of the reservation should be more reasonable and meaningful reform,it renewed a new charm.
