摘要
针对当前高校在工业设计人才培养模式中存在的专业间隔绝、与实际需求脱节和资源未能有效利用等弊端,提出了跨学科培养人才的模式,并在培养计划、引入实际课题、教师素养的提升三个具体环节给出了建议。阐述了跨学科培养模式的重要意义以及所作的实践活动带来的重要启示。
It proposes an interdisciplinary model of training personnel and give advice in terms of training program,introduction of practical subjects and enhancing the quality of teachers which are designed to address such problems:cross between professions is not enough,training is out of touch with actual demands,resources are not used effective and so on which exist in colleges and universities widely.The significance of interdisciplinary cultivation and important notices from practices also are elaborated in this article.
