Product Design Beginning from the User Needs

产品设计的过程是一个问题求解的过程,"问题"就来自于产品所服务的对象——用户,用户的需求是问题的源头,设计师不能完全代替用户去思考和评价设计,因此,只有了解用户,才能了解用户的需求,进而解决设计过程中的"问题",而满足用户的需求只是设计的基本任务,其最高层次的任务应是引领用户的需求。

The product design process is a procedure which the problem quest for the result.The problem comes from the user which is the object of the product,the demand of the user is the source of the problem,the designer cannot instead of the user to think and evaluate the design completely,so we only understood the user,then we could understand the user's demand,and then,we could solve the problem in design process.It's the fundamental task that to meet the requirement,the supreme task is to lead the user's demand.
