手机作为个人信息交互的终端,在信息时代已经成为人们常用的产品之一。手机在功能不断提高和完善的同时,在外观造型上以复杂方式自由变化的曲面给设计和制造带来了挑战。在这种背景下,如何快速总结出一套建立手机数字模型的设计方法和规则,如何缩短设计周期、提高设计效率和质量,显得尤其重要。文章对手机的数字化设计方法进行了充分的分析,分析了Pro/E环境下自顶向下的设计方法,并通过典型实例阐述了在手机数字化设计中的应用。
