This paper focuses on the digital technology in the intangible cultural heritage protections and the development of the cultural innovation,which not only takes the digital protection of the Dai minority's brocades as the example in order to make it more effective preservation in the intangible cultural heritage protections,but also establishes a public,open,interactive dialogue and exchange platform as a new means of communication for its unlimited potentiality spreading in the worldwide.
