浅谈“深圳工业创新设计制造训练中心”的构建

The Research for the Establishment of "Shenzhen Industrial Innovative Design and Manufacturing Training Center"

随着深圳经济实力的不断发展壮大,以及建设国际化城市目标的确立,深圳面临新一轮的产业结构调整,为了适应深圳在产业调整中产业结构升级对创新设计制造技术的需要,本文探讨建议在深圳高技能人才训练大厦设立"深圳工业创新设计制造训练中心",用创新的思维,运用创新的模式,探索培养设计类高技能人才的创新之路。

With the continuous development and growth of Shenzhen's economic strength and its goal of building an international city,Shenzhen is facing a new round of industrial restructuring.In order to meet the needs of innovative design and manufacturing while in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,this paper suggests the establishment of 'Shenzhen Industrial Innovative Design and manufacturing Training Center' in the building of Shenzhen Public-training Center for Technician,and exploring a new way to cultivate the highly skilled design talents with a creative thinking and innovative system.
