The rice-eating Chinese families takes rice cooker as an essential cooking utensils.Over the past decade,rice cooker as a major force in the Chinese kitchen appliances has been to millions of consumers which are most familiar and most commonly used kitchen appliances.This paper focuses on trends of the rice cooker from the analysis of the consumer demand,the development of the international market,new technologies and the appearance trend,and proposes a constructive theoretical analysis for the development trend of domestic rice cooker.
