From Two-Dimension to Three-Dimension, Patterns to Space , A Discussion about the Cross-Border Trendy of Contemporary Interior Design

图案曾一度被很多人认为是过时的传统的概念,是与当代室内空间没有交集的,但是当代室内设计在后现代的主流意识形态下呈现出多元化、多手段、与图案跨界交叉的趋势。文章分析了产生图案与室内跨界趋势的原因,探求如何发掘捕捉图案的形、意、神;如何通过新材料、新工艺将二维平面图案延展至室内的空间界面,归纳总结图案介入室内空间的方法。

Pattern was once considered by many people to be the outdated traditional concept, and not interconnected with the contemporary interior design. However the contemporary interior design presents the trend of diversity, multi- methodology and pattern cross-bordered. This paper analyzes the reasons why the patterns are cross-bordered with the interior design, probes the methods how to catch the pattern’s form, meaning and mood, discusses about how to extend the two-dimensional pattern into the interior space with the new materials and new technology, and summarizes up the methods of getting the pattern involved in the interior space.
