能力培养是高等教育的根本目的之一,本文以大学生的综合能力培养为目标进行课堂教学过程优化的探索,结合"平面构成"课程的特点,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段和考核方法等方面进行了一系列创新性的改革实践,实践效果表明,教学中始终树立能力培养的教育理念,充分发挥学生的主体作用,因地制宜、因材施教优化课堂教学过程是培养学生综合能力的重要措施和根本途径。

The ability training is one of the fundamental purposed in higher education. In this paper, it takes the comprehensive capacity-building of the college students as the goal for the exploration of the optimization in the classroom teaching process combined with the features of the 'planar composition' course, and makes a series of innovative practice of reforms in terms of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching ways and assessment methods etc. The practice results show that a capacity-building philosophy of education in teaching process has always been established, lets the students fully play their principal roles. It is important measures and fundamental way to cultivate students' comprehensive ability by suiting the measures for the local conditions and the individualized ways to optimize classroom teaching process.
