Research and Practice of Assembling Furniture Design Based on the Technology of Numerical Control Process

文章简要介绍了数控加工技术及CNC加工中心在家具领域的应用情况。针对拼装家具,探讨基于数控加工技术的拼装家具设计方法,实现其部件的标准化、通用化、系列化,并简化产品零部件的规格、数量。最后以实例验证了数控加工技术应用于拼装家具设计制造的可操作性。

This paper briefly introduces the applying situations of the numerical control process technology and CNC in furniture field.It discusses the design method for assembling furniture based on the numerical control process technology,realizes its parts' standardization,generalization and serialization,and simplifies the specifications and quantities of product components.Finally,it confirms the numerical control process technology applying in the assembling furniture design manufacture feasibility by the example.
