Study on the Tendencies of Contemporary Design

当代设计的总体特征由现代主义的明确性走向复杂性和模糊性,这与不同时代背景和社会工业化水平直接关联。率直而简单的现代主义方式显然无法对当下社会多层面的需求提供充分的满足。现代主义企图寻求广泛意义上的标准和规则,这无疑触动了人类最敏感的问题,即人的生存方式、行为方式、文明方式、生态状况、环境状况、人与世界相互生成的状况等等。

General characteristics of contemporary design by the clarity of the modernism towards complexity and ambiguity,associated with different background and level of industrialization of society directly.Straightforward and simple modernist mode clearly cannot fully meet the needs of present community.Modernistic attempting to seek standards and rules in the broad sense,this undoubtedly touched the most sensitive issue,that is people's way of life and behavior patterns,and civilized way,ecological conditions and the State of the environment,the people and the world,and so on.
