硅胶柱分离——氢化物发生原子吸收法测定铜粉中微量锡

摘要 本文提出了硅胶柱吸附,分离铜基体中微量锡,吸附回收率>98%,应用自制氢化物发生器,选用硝酸和酒石酸钾钠混合溶液为生成氢化锡的反应介质,此介质降低了酸度的影响,提高了方法的重复性和准确度,该法测定灵敏度为8.0×10^(-(?))μg/1%,相对标准偏差<4.0%,相对误差<10%。 A quantitatiue measurement of trace tin in copper powder was developed. The tin ion in Copper solution is separated by silica gel column. The recovery of desor-ption was &gt;98%, A mixed solution of nitric acid and potassium sodium tartrate was used as a reaction medium for generating hydride. The selected medium solution can reduce the effect of acidity and increase the repeatability and accuracy of this method . The sensitivity coefficient of variation and relative error of this method were 8.0×10-3μg/1%, &lt;4.0% and &lt;10% respectively.
