癌症患者免疫功能状态与血浆PGE_2和血清IgG变化

摘要
前列腺素(PGs)在调节机体内环境的稳定,维护免疫监督功能的健全发挥着重要作用。癌症患者因存在免疫功能低下,出现PGs及IgG代谢改变。我们对64例常见四种癌症患者血中PGE_2和IgG水平作了测定,现将结果及初步讨论报告如下。
