短波紫外线照射对B细胞功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 近几年国外屡见报导紫外线(UV)照射对免疫功能的影响,但多数报导为体外直接照射免疫活性细胞。体外UV照射免疫细胞,可使细胞内DNA形成胸腺嘧啶二聚体,表现抑制作用。而UV体内照射多被表皮细胞吸收,很少能穿透到真皮血管层对免疫活性细胞起直接作用,另一方面由于体内与体外免疫活性细胞所处的环境不同。
