三种舒喘灵气雾剂对支气管扩张作用的对比研究

Comparative clinical trial of three kinds of salbutamol aerosols

本文对22名支气管哮喘患者,于不同实验日的相同时间内分别吸入国产、英国葛兰素公司和Waterford公司制的三种舒喘灵气雾剂,分别监测了FEV_1、PEFR、_(50)。等肺功能指标。结果表明,三种气雾剂发挥最大药效时间相同,两进口品(每掀剂量100μg)对支气管扩张作用略优于国产品(每掀剂量120μg),但无显著差异。

Pulmonary function test was performed in 20 asthmatic subjects, befor and after inhalation of three kinds of salbutamol aerosols. The result showed that the time needed to reach maximal bronchodilation effect was same for three kinds of aerosols and the effect of England and Irelandmade salbutamol aerosols was litle better than that made in china but there was no significant diffrence among three kinds of aerosols. In another two subjects the time course of bronchodilation effect was observed up to 6hours and all three aerosols showed thief bronchodilation effect walch may continue to 6 hours after inhalation.
