摘要
通过比较两通电导线间的相互作用与空间带电粒子流间的相互作用的差别 ,定性及定量地讨论了磁场力是由电荷运动引起的相对论效应决定的一种不平衡静电力 ,并指出毕奥—萨伐尔定律对空间运动电荷形成的电流并不适应。
The essence of the magnetic field force between electrified wires has been discussed in quantitative and qualitative analysis with the special theory of relativity. The conclusion is that the magnetic field force is an imbalanced electrastatic force, and that the Biot-Savart's law isn't fitted for current formed by moving charge in space.
