机械通气的并发症(82例临床分析)

The complications of mechanical ventilation -A clinical analysis of 82 cases

对最近五年来因呼吸衰竭收入呼吸监护室、并接受机械通气治疗的82名患者常见并发症进行了回顾性分析。总发生率为76.8％,发生脏器功能不全等严重并发症者,死亡率明显增高。本文也讨论了各种并发症的发生原因及防治方法。

The complications of mechanical ventilation in 82 patients with respirtory failure in ICU in recent 5 years were analysed retrogradely. The total incidence was 76.8% and the mortality was increased significantly in the cases with severs complications such as MOF. The causes, prevention and treatment of the complications were discussed.
