摘要
4例不育男子服用氯米芬每日100mg3周后,LH脉冲的平均基础分泌水平(由18.6±0.2至54.7±0.6IU/L)和频率(频率数由3.5±0.1至6.3±0.3/8h)比对照期均显著增高(P均<0.01);脉冲幅度亦增加(由15.8±0.5至22.6±0.3IU/L),但和服药前比较差异不够显著(0.05<P<0.10)。上述结果是内源性雌激素反馈抑制作用被解除的反映,说明雌激素对调节男子促性腺激素分泌有重要作用,其作用部位主要是在下丘脑。
After 3 weeks administration of 100mg clomiphene daily four infertile men showed that the mean LH basal level(from 18.6+0.2 to 54.7+0.6 IU/L) and LH pulse frequency (from 3.5±0.1 to 6.3±0.3 pulses/8h) were significantly higher than that in control peroid (both p<0.01). The amplitude was also increased (from 15.8±0.5 to 22.6±0.3 IU/L), but not significantly enough (0.05<P<0.10). The foregoing data reflected a remove of feedback inhibition of estrogen, and suggested that the estrogen played an important regulation role on gonadotropin secretion in male. The site of action was mainly in the hypothalamus.
