表面麻醉下糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化术的护理

Surface anaesthetizes the nursing of diabetic’s Cataract of phacoemulsification

目的探讨表面麻醉下糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化术(PHACO)的最佳护理程序。方法采用自编的“糖尿病患者白内障PHACO基础知识调查表”、“糖尿病患者白内障PHACO术前心理问题原因调查表”测查患者,在此基础上结合眼科手术制定一套护理程序,出院前对患者作护理满意度调查以评估护理工作。结果约3/4的患者对基础知识认识不足,全部患者都有心理问题的诱因;56例患者均顺利完成手术,患者的满意、较满意者达100%。结论该护理程序设计合理,实施后效果较好。

Objective To probe surface anaesthesia took off diabetic cataract PHACO the best nursing program. MethodAdopt' diabetic’s cataract PHACO rudimentary knowledge questionnaire,' that made up by myeself , ' diabeticpsychological problem reason questionnaire in front of PHACO of cataract ,' patient was checkd in the survey, combinedwith department of ophthalmology operation made one procedure of nursing on this basis. to investigated the satisfactionby assessed the nursing work to made to patient before they left hospital. Result About 3/4 of the patients hadinsufficiently known knowledge, all patients had a inducement of the psychological problem; 56 patients finished theoperation smoothly , the patient's satisfaction or the more satisfiedly one was up to 100%. Conclusion This nursingprogram reasonable in design, implement rear effect better.
