护理查房对在岗护士专科知识培训中的作用

目的通过选择有代表性的临床专科护理病例或专科危重护理病例作为护理查房对象,对在岗护士进行专科护理知识培训,提高在岗护士的专科技术水平及护理质量。方法:常规每月进行1～2次专科病例的护理查房,选择具有代表性的临床专科护理病例或专科危重护理病例进行护理查房。利用晨会时间进行。结果:通过组织护理查房,提高和巩固护士的专业知识及专科护理水平,同时培养护士分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Objective The purpose of this study was to improve the specialized technic and nurse quality of on-the-job nurses by selecting representational clinic cases of training on-the-job nurses in specialized knowledge. Method Randomly selected representational clinic cases of specialized nursing or specaialized critical illness. Held nursing inspection every one or twice a month were at daily meeting. Result nurses抯 specialized knowledge and nursing level were improved by nusing inspection. Nurses抋bility of analyze and resolve problems was cultiveated. [
