双水平气道正压机械通气治疗重症哮喘的体会

Exper ience of Venti lation Treatment wity Bith BiPAP in Treating SevereAsthma

目的评价双水平气道正压(BiPAP)呼吸机治疗重症哮喘的价值.方法:对14例重症哮喘在规范药物治疗基础上加用BiPAP呼吸机通气治疗.结果:在使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗18～24小时内症状及体征明显缓解.结论:使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗重症哮喘能减少呼吸肌肉作功,缓解呼吸肌疲劳,改善PaO2,PaCO2和PH值.操作简便,无创,费用,易在临床上推广.

Objective:To evaluate the significance of using bi-1evelpositive airway pressure(BiPAP)in severe asthma.Methods:1 4 cases ofsevere asthma in acute period were ventilated with BiPAP respiratorymachine in addition to routine medical treatment.Results:The symptomsand signs of asthma were obviously relieved 1 8-24 hours after the usageof BiPAP respiratory machine.Conchision:Treating severe asthma withBiPAP respiratory machine Call decrease the workload of the respiratorymuscles and relieve muscular fatigue;it can also normalize the values ofPaO 2 ,PaCO 2 and PH.The operation is simple and convenient,without trauma and high expenses. So it can be easily generalized in clinicaltreatment.
