本文讨论了在水平地震荷作用下求结构内力的计算方法,指出教材中旧的方法的不足,提出了一种新的方法,若将这两种新旧方法结合起来能使计算全面而又合理化。

This academie thesis discusses two sorts of calculating methods of valuating structure internal force under the effort of the horizontal seismic force. It points out the original method’s shortcoming at the textbook and advances a new theory. It does make calculation all-sided and rational that two sorts of method are combined.
