CFCS AND THE ENVIRONMENT

本文综述了氟利昂对环境的影响、国际社会对禁用氟利昂的反应以及对策。指出当前就世界范围的对策而言,应立足于替代工质的研究、生产和应用上。文中较为详尽地列出了已经进行的、正在进行的和将要进行的各种替代计划,同时也指出,要注意发展多种代用工质和代用技术。从我国的实际情况看,研究开发节能型低公害混合工质符合我国国情。

This paper summarizes the adverse effects of CFCs on the cnviroment and indicates that at present the global solution to the problem should be based on the sturdy, production and application of the substitutes for CFCs. The authors not only analysie the direction of the researches, but also present a comprehensive programme. According to the practical condition of our country, we should exploit the relative harmless mixture refrigerants to solve the problem and, furthermore, to save energy to some extent.
