加强高校学习型党组织建设的思考

高校学习型党组织建设是历史赋予高校的使命和责任。目前高校党建的领导体制已明确,但还存在一些不适应新形势新任务的问题。高校学习型组织建设是高校自身发展,学风、教风和校风建设,高素质人才培养,推进高校科学发展和加强高校管理水平的需要;提出了通过建设学习型领导班子、营造浓郁的学习氛围、建立有效学习制度、推行团队学习方式等措施,加强高校学习型组织建设的几点思考。

Building the learning party is the historical mission and responsibility for higher educational institutes. Current leading system of party-building is clear, but there are some issues that do not adapt to the new situation and new tasks. The construction of learning-type organization in Colleges is their own needs, demand and cultivation of talents of school spirit for the development of the mission needs, promoting the development of science needs, demand management. Through the analysis of some basic recommendations, the key to the building of leading organization is to build the learning-type of a leading group, to create a learning environment, to establish an effective learning system, and to promote team learning.
