Promoting the successful employment of college students is an important task for Government,enterprises,institutions and society to work together to study and fulfill.The purpose of this paper is to study the Germany market employment model which features Government,enterprises,universities,social and student joint participation of the Quartet of the employment service system and operation mechanism.
