文化与心理视域下的集体腐败问题成因及对策

Analysis of the Collective Corruption from the Perspective of Culture and Psychology

目前,集体腐败作为一种更加隐蔽、破坏性更大的腐败形式已越来越被社会所关注,它的产生和蔓延有着多方面的原因。本文尝试从中国传统文化、西方价值观等文化影响和从众心理、责任分散、去个体化等心理机制,分析集体腐败在文化和心理上的成因,并在思想文化教育、心理渊源等提出相应对策,以期通过文化的熏陶和心理疏导促使个体正确认识集体腐败现象,自觉抵制集体腐败行为。

Currently,the collective corruption has been increasingly concerned by the society,which is more concealed and more damaging.The emergence and spread of the collective corruption has many reasons.This paper attempts to analyze the causes in the culture that includes the influences of the Chinese traditional culture and the western values,and the psychological mechanism about the herd mentality,diffusion of responsibility,and the de-individuation.Then the countermeasures are proposed in the ideological and cultural education,psychological origins and so on.Through the cultural influence and psychological counseling,the individuals may promote the correct understanding of the collective corruption,and consciously resist it.
