硫酸葡聚糖动员外周血干细胞移植治疗白血病

Study on mobilization effect of Dextran Sulfate(DS) on peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells in patients with acute leukemic and clinical application

自体外周血干细胞移植(ABHSCT)治疗白血病或其它肿瘤,每次移植需分离干细胞5～7次才能采集到所需的单个核细胞(MNC)。3例急性白血病用国产硫酸葡聚糖(DS)作动员剂分离外周血干细胞1～2次,达到一次移植所需MNC,移植成功。简化移植过程,减少了患者多次血细胞分离的痛苦和经济负担。初步观察DS是一种安全有效的外周血干细胞动员剂。

This paper reports the use of Dextran Sulfate(DS) as a mobilizer of hematopoietic stem cells in the peripheral blood in three acute leukemia patients, in total dosages of 2070mg, and 1950mg and 1020mg respectively. One and half hours after infusion, karyocytes were collected and varying amounts, such as 20.41×10~9, 25.58×10~9 and 24.058×10~9, were used for autologous transplantation in patients with success. After infusion, the number of separations reduce from 9 to 1—2 times, the number of separations being reduced 6 folds. The parameters KPTT, TT and PT etc of the blood coagulation system returned to the pre-infusion levels in 24 hours, and hepatic and renal function etc did not show evident change. Therefore, DS appears to be a safe and effective mobilizer for the mobilization of hematopietic stem cells in peripheral blood.
