Objective Gene Rf 3 originated from chromosome 1B of Triticum spelta var Duhameliancum is a fertility-restorer gene for G-type cytoplasmic male sterility Microdissected chromosome 1B by glass needles from cells in duration of meiotic metaphase The DNA fragments was amplified by means of LA-PCR By dot hybridization , the product was confirmed as the amplified DNA from chromosome 1B of T spelta var duhameliancum
