The paper presents the form of Fourier Transform of quantum transition probability. Besides the advantage of turning complicated integral calculation into Fourier抯 exchange form ,the method is able to offer the calculation results of common perturbation through relevant Fourier Transform formula and theorem.The method can be generally applied and has clear physics meaning.
