本文结合消费的特性、环境伦理观,阐述了刺激消费的意义,异化消费方式的危害,可持续发展观在消费领域中的涵义、特点及原则,提出只有将实施刺激消费政策与环境伦理观及可持续发展战略有机整合,采取具有可持续发展特征的生态消费政策,限制异化消费,才能同时获取政治、经济、文化、环境四方面的高效益,推动社会全方位的可持续发展。

According to the characteristic of consumption and environmental ethical notion, the purport of stimulant consume, the danger of luxurious consume, the meaning, characterization and principle of the sustaining development notion on consume were proposed. Only the sustaining development notion and environmental ethical notion were put in practice of consume, ecological consumptive notion in character with sustaining development was adopted, luxurious consume was restricted, the social, including the politics, economy, civilization and environment quality, could get sustaining development.
