摘要
基于Fe3+对KIO4氧化紫脲酸胺 (MX)褪色的催化效应 ,建立了一个催化动力学光度法测定水中痕量Fe3+的新体系 ;该方法具有较好稳定性和选择性 ,Fe3+的浓度在 4× 1 0 - 9~ 3.2×1 0 - 7g/ml范围内与体系的褪色效应成良好线性相关 ,检出限为 1 .0× 1 0 - 9g/mlFe3+;RSD≤ 2 .1% (c=5× 1 0 - 8g/ml,n =1 1 ) ;
Based on the fading catalytic effect of Fe 3+ on the reaction that potassium periodate oxidizes murexide (MX), a new system was established for the determination of trace iron through catalytic kinetics spectrophotometry. The method has better stability and selectivity. The Fe concentration is 4×10 -9 ~3.2×10 -7 g/ml, and has a well linear relationship with the effect of fading. The detection limit is 1.0×10 -9 g/ml Fe 3+ , and RSD is 2.1 %. This method can be used to the determination of iron (Ⅲ) in chemical reagent or water.
