摘要
在新旧体制转换过程中 ,资源重组的科学决策是有效利用资源 ,提高综合效益的关键 ,本文在多目标规划理论的基础上 ,给出了一种后勤优先级变权多目标规划方法 ,并就其技术实现、模型构成和基于后勤保障资源限额的计算机多目标决策进行了设计。
The scientisic decision of the reengineering of resources is the key for effective use of resources and improving the integrate benefit. Based on the multi objective project theory, the paper provides a logistics multi objective project method of the priority weight changeable. The technology realization, model system and computer multi objective decision are proposed based on logistic resources limit.
