摘要
论述了光栅投影系统中冷光源的设计及用于光栅投影的透镜设计。前者运用透红外冷反光镜 ,实现了对可见光的高反射 ,对红外光 80 %以上透射 ,使得输出光热量很少 ,降低了测量误差 ;后者采用基本对称结构 ,并对球差及畸变进行校正 ,达到要求 。
Discusses the design of the cold light illuminator and the design of lens used in grating projection. These two comprise grating projective system. The former uses the infrared transmitted cold mirror which has high reflection in visible wavelength and more than 80 % transmission in infrared wavelength. In this way, the sendout light produces low heat effect and the error in measurement is decreased. The later uses the basic symmetry structure, and the spherical aberration and distortion have been corrected, so the image quality of the grating has been obviously improved.
