人血清中视黄醇结合蛋白的激光散射比浊测定及临床应用

摘要 本文介绍了血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)的激光散射比浊测定法。此法操作简单、快速、且能自动化。视黄醇结合蛋白浓度在9.0~146.0mg/L之间呈线性;批内CV9.1%;批间CV11.6%;回收率为97.5~109.0%。测定41名健康成人正常参考值为47.6±9.0mg/L(X±SD)。肝脏损害患者血清RBP为18.6±11.0mg/L,明显低于正常人。而肾脏损害患血清RBP为244.5±15.2mg/L,明显高于正常人。 A Laser nephelometeric method to determine retinol-binding protein in serum was reported. This method is simple, rapid, and automatic Ranges of linear determination were from 9.0 to 146.0mg/L of retinol-binding protein in serum. The within-run and between-run CV were 9.1% and 11.6%, respectively. Rate of recovery was 97.5% to 109.7%. Normal value of serum retinolbinding protein concentration determined by this method was 47.6±9.0mg/L (X±SD) in healthy adults (n=41). The level of serum RBP of patients with live damage was significantly lower than that of normal subjects (P<0.001). However, the level of serum RBP of pateints with kidney damage was significantly higher than that of normal subjects (P<0.001).
