在保证环境质量的前提下 ,充分利用环境资源 ,促进经济发展 ,是城市可持续发展的必由之路。因此 ,正确定量当地大气环境承载能力 ,对于大气环境规划意义重大。本文以此为研究对象 ,研究了污染物在大气中的迁移扩散规律 ,建立了大气环境承载能力量化公式 ,选择SO2 为代表污染物 ,以南昌市为例 ,计算了南昌市的SO2
How to make full use of environmental resource and accelerate the development of economy to meet a condition that the environmental quality is very suitable for living,is the key task of sustainable development in urban.Therefore,it is very important to quantify the atmospheric environmental bearing capacity in atmospheric environmental planning.In this paper,the decreasing mechanism of pollutant's concentration in atmospheric system was presented in detail.Then a set of formula was built to calculate the atmospheric environmental bearing capacity.At last,sulfur dioxide(SO 2)was selected as a representative pollutant,Nanchang city was taken for example,the atmospheric environmental bearing capacity of Nanchang was calculated in the paper.
